For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

2.3 Personal Capacity. You must be acting in your own personal capacity and for personal entertainment purposes only. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted. Agents, proxies, or individuals acting on behalf of another person are not eligible to register.
2.4 Mental Capacity. You confirm that you are of sound mind, not under the influence of substances that impair judgment, and are voluntarily choosing to use the platform for entertainment purposes.
Age Restriction: Gambling is illegal for persons under 21 years of age. htt789 uses strict KYC verification to enforce this requirement. Any winnings generated by an underage account will be forfeited and funds returned to the depositing bank account after deducting administrative costs.
3.1 Single Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the htt789 platform. Creating multiple accounts — including accounts using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings associated with them will be forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. This information must match the identification documents you submit for KYC verification.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. htt789 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect your login details. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your htt789 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to another individual. Winnings and balances associated with an accoun t are not transferable under any circumstances.
3.5 Contact Details. You are responsible for keeping your registered email address and phone number current. htt789 uses these channels for account notifications, transaction confirmations, and KYC correspondence. We are not liable for missed communications resulting from outdated contact information on your account.
4.1 Verification Requirement. All accounts are subject to identity verification before withdrawal privileges are activated. htt789 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any transaction that triggers our internal fraud-prevention protocols.

4.3 Processing Time. htt789 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. During periods of high volume, reviews may take up to 48 hours. You will be notified by email once your verification is complete or if additional documents are required.
4.4 Failure to Verify. If a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a request, htt789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account. Any balance in the account at the time of closure may be returned to the original payment source at htt789's discretion, less any applicable administrative charges.
Data Security: All KYC documents submitted to htt789 are encrypted in transit and at rest. They are accessible only to our authorized verification team and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are retained only as long as required by applicable regulations.

Same-Source Policy: For fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering compliance, htt789 strictly enforces a same-source withdrawal policy. Winnings can only be paid out to the bank account or e-wallet from which the original deposit was made. htt789 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. From time to time, htt789 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and special seasonal offers (including promotions tied to Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, Ramadhan, and other cultural events). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to these general bonus terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All deposit bonuses and free-spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before the associated funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly in the individual bonus offer. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
6.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless a specific bonus offer states otherwise, the following contribution rates apply:
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated wagering progress will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time limit stated in the individual offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. htt789 takes bonus integrity seriously. Any Member found to be exploiting bonuses through arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other strategy designed to circumvent bonus terms will have their bonus forfeited, related winnings voided, and their account suspended. htt789's determination regarding bonus abuse is final.
6.6 One Bonus at a Time. Unless an offer explicitly states otherwise, only one active bonus may be held at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the original bonus being forfeited.
7.1 Game Availability. htt789 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify any game or betting market on the platform at any time without prior notice. Game availability may vary based on your location and account status.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface or betting slip. These limits may be adjusted without notice.
7.3 Void Bets. A wager may be declared void in the event of a technical malfunction, data feed error, game provider fault, or any other circumstance that htt789 determines has compromised the integrity of the game or event. In the event of a void bet, the original stake amount will be returned to the Member's account balance.
7.4 Disputed Outcomes. All game results and sports event outcomes displayed on the platform are sourced from certified providers and official data feeds. In the unlikely event of a disputed outcome, htt789 will conduct an internal review. During the review period, the relevant funds may be temporarily held. htt789's final decision on any disputed outcome is binding.
7.5 Disconnection Policy. htt789 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of your internet connection being disrupted during gameplay. If a disconnection occurs mid-game, the game's last recorded state on our server will be treated as the final outcome. We recommend maintaining a stable connection before placing wagers.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the htt789 platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

10.2 Third-Party Game Providers. Games available on the platform are licensed from independent studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, among others. These providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective games. Use of these games is subject to the end-user terms of each provider in addition to these Terms.
10.3 Member Content. By submitting any content to htt789 (including support tickets, feedback, or promotional submissions), you grant htt789 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish that content for platform improvement and promotional purposes.

12.1 Platform Availability. htt789 aims to maintain platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force-majeure events may cause temporary interruptions. htt789 will not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability.
12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, htt789 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or gaming losses attributable to technical errors.
12.3 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, htt789's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Player Responsibility. Gaming involves risk. Members accept full responsibility for all wagers placed from their accounts. htt789 is not responsible for gaming losses incurred as a result of voluntary betting activity, even where technical assistance was sought and received from our support team.
13.1 Suspension by htt789. htt789 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Member's account at any time, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other conduct prejudicial to the platform or its members.
13.2 Termination by htt789. htt789 may permanently close an account where a serious or repeated breach of these Terms is confirmed. Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds, subject to completion of KYC and anti-money-laundering checks, will be returned to the original payment source.
13.3 Voluntary Closure by the Member. A Member may request to close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's registered payment method.
14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. htt789 operates under internationally recognized gaming standards and is committed to fair play and player protection consistent with those frameworks.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via htt789's customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
14.3 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.
15.1 Right to Amend. htt789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, htt789 will endeavor to provide advance notice via the email address registered to your account.
15.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the htt789 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to request account closure.
15.3 Version History. Prior versions of these Terms may be requested from our support team for reference purposes. The version currently published on this page is the version in force.
